Mitchell was wonderful and patient with me (78yrs old) and respectful. I have been trying to file my taxes for a long time. Mitchell got me through the process quickly. The stress that I had from the beginning was completely gone by the time that we were finish. I could tell that it was his natural personality. This is my first year using e-file preparation was easy. I had a problem they addressed it courteously and promptly very informative defiantly will refer to friends and co-workers

My return was simple and I was able to complete easily on the free version of e-file. My emails were answered quickly when I did have questions.

Another Internet scam, $46 at the end, illegal bait and switch. Didn't calculate right either. Terrible, holding up my stimulus money until I file. I'm self employed and have regular job...can't handle my situation. Overly complicated and confusing beyond belief.

Efile customer service is absolutely the best. Was completing my return the other day and just when I was almost done I needed to call and ask a question and the customer service person on the other end was GREAT! She help me walk through the last few steps and was beyond polite and helpful! I can’t encourage other enough to use this tax service. See you next year.

Good user experience and interface. Had a little bit of trouble with my California part year return but customer service responded promptly. My federal and Wisconsin returns were accepted and approved very quickly with no fuss. The fee is reasonable especially with a discount code; I could do the state ones for free myself but this saves me the headache.

I, Partow Nooriala had a problem with my tax return. I and even others couldn't help me. today I called e-file and talked to a wonderful agent. She was so nice, so patient, knowledgeable, and very supportive. She taught me, step by step how to fix the problem. I believe she is an asset for e-file.

Deceptive company sneaks in upgrade cost but doesn't tell you until you've spent wasted time entering secure information. Reading their response to a previous one star reviewer, they claim the upgrade is shown at whatever triggers the upgrade. I sure didn't see it. Only when I went to review my return for accuracy, did "e-file" demand payment and disclose they had upgraded my account to Deluxe. I stopped and tried to delete account, but was unsuccessful. Called their number but was put on hold. Already wasted enough time. Not happy that I was suckered into disclosing extremely sensitive information to such an unscrupulous company. I have e-mailed them and asked them to close my account. No response from e-file. Anyone looking for a legit company should look no further than "freefillableforms.com", less time, easy to navigate no charge.
